Back-to-Back 100 Points: A Cabernet Celebration

Our 2021 and 2022 Valette Cabernet Sauvignons each earned perfect 100-point scores. Back-to-back perfection from winemaker Jesse Katz, crafted in collaboration with Chef-Vintner Dustin Valette.

The Evening
The evening begins at 6:00pm with a reception featuring hors d'oeuvres and wine. Chef Dustin Valette has crafted five courses that honor the power, elegance, and complexity of these 100-point Cabernets. Each dish features exceptional cuts and bold preparations, paired with wines from the Valette portfolio, including both our legendary 2021 and 2022 vintages.
