Valette Wines Harvest Party
The Fall Release poured through on the patio, with Dustin and the Valette Wines team pouring and talking about how the year went in the vineyards. The kitchen sends out harvest bites to sit with the wines. Club members who chose to collect their Fall Release will find it packed and waiting at the event.
Valette Wines Pop-Up
Valette Wines pours on the patio at Valette every weekend, with the kitchen a few steps away. Take a flight of small pours to taste the wines against one another, or a flight where each pour arrives with a bite built for it. Scallops en croûte and caviar are there to share, and anything you like can go home by the bottle.
Vines, Views & Vibes - Harvest
88 Vines Entertainment brings its Vines, Views and Vibes series to Roof 106, the open-air lounge above The Matheson on the Healdsburg Plaza. Liam Mayclem, the Foodie Chap of KCBS radio in San Francisco, hosts a harvest afternoon where Valette Wines pours new limited releases, The Matheson kitchen cooks what is in season, and a silent auction raises money for the V Foundation for Cancer Research. Experience a rare, intimate performance by rising soul-pop singer Izzy Escobar - hailed by Forbes as “Your Pop Queen for 2026” - following playing to tens of thousands at festivals including BottleRock and the Montreal International Jazz festival.
A Mountain Dinner with Stonestreet & Valette Wines
Chris Jackson of Stonestreet and Dustin Valette host a dinner on Stonestreet's mountain estate, at 1,800 feet above Alexander Valley, where the vines grow on slopes steeper than most growers would attempt. The Valette kitchen team cooks several courses, each with a wine chosen to suit it, and the new Pocket Peak Cabernet Sauvignon is poured for the first time that night.
Valette Wines Dinner @ Nosh on Naples Bay
Dustin Valette cooks the opening course at Nosh on Naples Bay, Todd Johnson's waterfront restaurant at Naples Bay Resort & Marina and one of Gulfshore Life's best new restaurants in Naples and Fort Myers. Johnson's kitchen carries the courses that follow, and every one is set against a Valette wine. Dinner is $350 per person before tax and gratuity, with a $50 deposit per guest at booking.
Dustin at Kona Village, Hawaii
Dustin Valette spends five days at Kona Village on the Kona coast of Hawaiʻi Island, cooking with the resort's culinary team and building the menus around what the island grows. Vanilla runs through the week, from a day at the Hāmākua Coast farm the Reddekopp family has worked since 1998 to a dinner at Moana. Valette Wines opens the week on the lawn above Kahuwai Bay.
2027 Atlantic Wine Trail Cruise with Valette Wines
Journey from Lisbon to London with Chef-Vintner Dustin Valette, Balletto Vineyards winemaker Anthony Beckman, and wine educator Peg Melnik. Explore Western Europe's most iconic coastlines with two exclusive wine dinners, three educational seminars, and the finest cuisine at sea. Experience port wine in Porto, medieval Saint-Malo, and the old-world charm of St. Peter Port in Guernsey.
Sneak Peek of Pocket Peak
Valette Wines pours at Skipstone for a grand tasting of the proposed Pocket Peak AVA, a small run of hillside vineyards in northeastern Alexander Valley that has petitioned for federal recognition. Skipstone, Aperture, Robert Young Winery and Valette Wines are all in the room, with the people who make the wine there to pour it. Tickets are $150, and all proceeds go to the Northern Sonoma County Fire Department.
The Matheson 5-Year Anniversary
The Matheson and Roof 106 turn five, and the whole building celebrates. Monday through Thursday, $5 Modern Margaritas at both restaurants, $15 pizzas on Roof 106, half off all 88 taps on the Wine Wall, and a $50 three-course Founder's Menu built by Brian Best and Dustin Valette for the occasion. Friday night it ends on the roof with a DJ until midnight.
