Valette Wines Brings Wine Country to Florida

Join Valette Wines National Sales Director, Tome Escobar, as we bring our story to the Sunshine State. Tome has worked closely with Chef Dustin Valette over the years, and from Saturday, December 5 to Saturday, December 12, he is pouring our 100-point, limited production Cabernet Sauvignons in Jacksonville, Tampa, Fort Myers, Naples, Miami and West Palm Beach.

Each stop is a side-by-side tasting of two of our most sought-after Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons, meaning each wine is made from grapes grown in one vineyard, and both are crafted by winemaker Jesse Katz. Our 100-point Skellenger Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Napa Valley. Our newly released 99-point Pocket Peak Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Sonoma County, from vineyards at 1,800 feet on the Jackson Family’s Alexander Mountain, where the vines produce wines with remarkable structure, the firm backbone that lets a Cabernet age, along with graceful nuance. Pocket Peak is a collaboration between Valette Wines and the Jackson Family of Stonestreet Wines. Pouring alongside us are like-minded boutique wineries, small producers we admire: Memento Mori, Vida Valiente, Skipstone, Checkerboard Vineyards, Zakin Vineyards and Bevan Cellars.

Tickets are $150, and each city has its own reservation, so choose the stop closest to you. All times are Eastern.
